Make a user member of a group
By making a user member of a group, this user inherits the permissions of
that group. You can make a user member of more then one group to extend its
permissions.
- Select User management from the Extra menu. The Users window
will be displayed.
- Select the Groups & members tab. From this tab you can add or
remove users form a group.
Make a user member of a group
- Select the user, that you want to make member, from the Users list (at
the left side).
- Select the group, where you want the user to be member of, at the Group
list (at the top right).
- Select the Add>> button. The user will now be moved to the
Members list. The user will inherit the permissions of the group.
Remove a user from a group
- Select the group, at the Group list, where the user is member
of.
- Select the user from the Members list (bottom right).
- select the <<Remove button. The user will be moved from the
members list to the users list.
Note on the groups Admins and Users:
When there is only one member in the group Admins, then you can not remove it.
At least one user have to be member of the group Admins.
Every user must be a member of the group Users.
