General tab

The General tab is part of the Product data window. Select Properties from the toolbar, to display the product data window.

This tab consists of the following fields.

• Series/type number
  For saving the product data, you must enter a unique series or type number (within this database) at this field.
• Brand
  Select the brand of the current product from the selection list. When this brand does not already exist, then select the button to create a new brand in the database.
• Description
  Select the description of the current product from the selection list. When this description does not already exist, then select the button to create a new description in the database.
• Material
  Select the main materials of the current product from the selection list. When this material does not already exist, then select the button to create a new material in the database.
• Connection
  If the product does have some sort of connection, then you enter them here. If the product has no connections, then leave this field blank.
