Default print setting for linked documents

This help page is related to the Documents tab of the Product data window.
Select Properties from the toolbar to display the Product data window.

The first column after the record selector indicates by means of an icon, the default print setting. This setting indicates if this document is by default enabled of disabled when using the automatic print feature of MatStream Bill Of Materials.

To change the icon, double click on the icon.

The next values (icons) can be set:

	Printer icon The printer icon indicates that by default this document must be printed. For instance the general documentation and other documentation that you want to supply to your client.
	Goggles icon The goggles icon indicates that indicates that in some cases it is preferred to print this document and in some cases not. For instance when this document refers to optional components of the product the document is attached to.
	Disabled printer icon This icon indicates that by default you don't want this document to be printed. This setting is used for documents that you don't want to send to your client like drawings (not meant for documentation), mounting instructions. In other words, all the files that are only for use within your company.
