Copy a product

Copying an existing product (clone). With this feature, all properties, data and attached documents will be copied to a new product. Note that the new type number must be unique in the product database.

Copying an existing product

• Select the product from the search results to be copied.
• Select the Clone button from the toolbar.
• Enter a new type- or series number.
  (Type numbers must be unique within the product database.)
• The product data window will be displayed with the new copied product data.

Now you can edit this product data. See editing product data.
