Product Information Center settings

Select Options from the Extra menu. The Options window will be displayed.

Select one of the following tabs to change the settings.

• General tab
  Here you can set the default currency used for product prices.
• Files tab
  • At the templates field you can select the folder where the template files are located. These files are used for export functions.
  • At the Documentation field you can set the default folder where the attached documentation will be saved. We recommend to create a separate folder for the documentation. (This setting will be saved in the database file).
• Database tab
  • At the Default database field you can select the database file map (not enabled for the shareware version). When this setting is changed, you will be asked if you want to log in to this database.
  • Automatic compression (this setting will be saved in the database file)
    • Back-up location: Select the map, where you want the back-up to be saved during the Database compression
    • Compression interval: Give the frequency in days for the database file to be compressed.

Note 
Some settings are saved in the database file. When this database is shared with other user, then these changes will apply for them as well.
