data field.
- &[Tag number]

Deze variabele wordt vervangen door de waarde van de kolom die is ingesteld
als Item number. Dit is de standaard instelling. Voor het instellen van de
kolomgegevens, zie kolom
data field.

Show product image if available
If you select this option, an image of the product will be added to the
coversheet.
You can only use this option if:
- The item should be linked to a product of Product Information Center. See Linking
a row to a product group.
- For this product there should be an image or foto linked in PIC with the
Document type "Data sheet picture". This image file can be of the
.bmp, .ico, .jpeg, .emf, .wmf or .gif format. For more information about
attaching files to a product in PIC, see Documents
tab of the product data window.
Create coversheet
- For all items in this bill of material
If you select this option, a coversheet will be printed for all items in the
bill of materials, regardless of the fact if there is documentation attached
to it.
- Only for items with documentation
Only if there is documentation attached to the item, a coversheet will be
printed.
Economic paper use
In a bill of materials there are often items, that are linked to the same product group
in Product Information Center. If you activate this option, the only
documentation that will be printed is the documentation of the first occurring
item. For the items with the same link, which are next in the bill of materials,
there will be a reference on the coversheet. For example: "For documentation see item
number 3"
- Enable save paper option
If this option is activated, the text will be displayed with the referral to
the product with the same link.
- In the text section you can fill in the text that you want to be displayed,
if there are more products with the same link. Again you can use the variable
as explained at Coversheet title.
Header data
This is the data that is displayed in the header (below the title) of the
coversheet. Usually this is project and customer data.
You can add data to the header data, by filling in the data in the General
tab of the Page
settings. Also you can add custom data in the Properties
tab of the page settings.
The page settings will be displayed by selecting the Edit button.
Item data
The column data will be displayed at item data. Here you can select the
columns of which you want to display the data on the coversheet. If you add
columns to the bill of materials, these columns will also be displayed in
this list.
