Printing coversheets

Before you start printing the documentation coversheets, you can indicate what should be displayed at the coversheet. See Coversheet settings.

• Select Preview coversheets in the Print menu. The preview of the coversheets will now be displayed. All coversheets will be displayed if you do not select an item in the bill of materials.  If you start by selecting one or more items in the bill of materials, you will be asked if you would like to see only these coversheets.
• With the arrow keys in the left bottom corner of the preview window, you can go to the next or previous page.
• Select the printer icon from the toolbar of the preview, to print the coversheets.

If you print the documentation using Print Attached Documents of the Print menu, the coversheets will be inserted automatically. You then do not have to print these separately. It is advisable though, to look at the preview first to see if the coversheets are filled in right.
