Settings general tab

Select Page settings from the File menu. The window Page properties will be displayed. Select the General tab.

The following general project and bill of materials data can be entered ad the General tab:

• Document name.
  Under this name the bill of materials is saved in the database. Because MatStream is database driven, you can change the document at the General tab or from the window for Opening an existing bill of materials.
• Document title
  The document title will be displayed on the printout of the bill of materials.
• Principal
  The principal is the end user of your project.
• Client
  Add here the company name of your client
• Client docname
  Add the client's document name at this field.
• PO number
  "Purchase Order number", the identification number that client has assigned to this order.
• Project
  The project name or number can be added to this field.
• Project manager
  The contact person of your company can be added at this field.

The values added to this tab can be used in the Header and Footer text.
