Settings footer tab

Select Page settings from the File menu. The window Page properties will be displayed. Select the Footer tab.

On this tab, the footer text of your bill of materials can be set.
You only have to set the footer text once because MatStream uses variables. These variables are substituted by real values that have been entered at the General, Properties and Revisions tabs. You can also select variables for date and page numbers.

The footer text also consist like the header text of three columns.
You can add the footer text by add or edit the text in the text boxes indicated with  "Left", "Center" and "Right".

Adding variables to the text.

When this bill of materials will be printed, then the variable &[Page] will be replaced by the appropriate page number.
for the other variables that are selectable from the list it works the same.

Save as default

It is possible save the entered footer text as default. When you do this, this footer text will be used for new bills of materials. Only the values at the General, Properties and Revisions tab have to be added or changed. Using Save as default will save the settings locally on your pc. These settings don't affect other users.

Reload default

The text that have been saved with the Save as default can be manually reloaded.
You can set the footer text and save it as default. Then go to an other bill of materials and reload the entered footer text with the Reload default button.

Selectable variables:

The variables will only be displayed in the selection list if there is a value entered for it on one of the tabs.
