Data field section

Select Column properties from the Edit menu. The column data window will be displayed.

You can drag products from Product Information Center to your bill of materials. To let your bill of materials show the right data in every column, you have to set the data field for the columns.
 
The Data field section itself consist of two sections that determine the data displayed in the column.

1. Main field
   At Main field you can select general data fields like the product data entered on the General tab of Product data.
   Possible Main field settings are:
   1. "No data field" if you don't want that the data is completed automatically like the remarks column.
   2. "Quantity" if you want to add quantities. These columns can be added up in the Qty. totals.
   3. "Qty. totals" when you want to add up all "Quantity" columns. (This column can not be edited manually because it is a calculated column)
   4. Or a data field like "Description" for instance, when you want to display the product description.
2. Property field
   When you make your selection in this section, the product properties can be displayed as they are added on the Properties tab of the product data window. If you have added a certificate number to the product properties, then you can select it here and it the number will be displayed in the column.
    
   How to select a property field?
   1. Select Property field
   2. select the property you want to be displayed from the list.
   3. Select Min value (default) of Max. value. See for the difference Properties tab of Product data.
