Remove a link to PIC

When a row is linked to a product in Product Information Center, then you can remove it in one of the following ways.

• New type number
  When you enter a new type number, or change the current type number, the you will get the question if you want to keep the link. Answer this question with 'No' and the link with the product will be removed.
  When you answer with 'Yes', then you have created a new sub type number. This means that if that sub type number will be used in another bill of materials, MatStream will recognize it and links it to the product group in PIC.
• Remove the product link manually
  Select Remove product link from the Edit menu. The row data visible in your bill of materials will remain the same, only the link and the inherited data will be removed.
